Discover Your History at the Peralta House Museum

Every Weds, Thurs, Fri. and Sat. at the Peralta House Museum of History and Community, you will discover California history through intimate human stories: from the lives of Ohlone peoples before Spanish settlement, through to the many cultures of today's Fruitvale neighborhood. The story is told in the rooms and hallways of a beautiful 1870 Victorian, at the site of the first non-native building in the Oakland area. $5 free for ages 10 and under and Fruitvale residents. 45 minute tours at 2:30 and 4.
