Allegiant Announces Nonstop Flights Between Oakland and Telluride


-- Airline gives Bay Area residents affordable flights to premier ski destination --

Oakland, Calif. – September 27, 2012 – Allegiant announced new nonstop service between Oakland International Airport OAK and Telluride, CO via Montrose Regional Airport MTJ beginning on December 15, 2012. To celebrate the new service, Allegiant is offering introductory fares as low as $112.99* one way.

The flight schedule is as follows:

OAK to MTJ
Wednesday nonstop - Depart 7:00 a.m., Arrive 10:00 a.m.

MTJ to OAK
Wednesday nonstop - Depart 3:00 p.m., Arrive 4:10 p.m.

OAK to MTJ
Saturday nonstop - Depart 7:00 a.m., Arrive 10:00 a.m.

MTJ to OAK
Saturday nonstop - Depart 3:00 p.m., Arrive 4:10 p.m.

All times are local. Flights operate from Terminal 1.

We appreciate the service, operations, and economic impact of $75 million that Allegiant brings to the region symbolizing progress in the Port of Oakland Strategic Plan."

Earlier this year, Allegiant announced new service from nine existing markets to Oakland International Airport OAK, in addition to opening a new base of operations at the airport. With the addition of Montrose, Allegiant will serve a total of 10 cities with nonstop service in and out of Oakland International Airport OAK.
