Visit Oakland: City's New Tourism Brand


The Oakland Convention & Visitors Bureau announces that it will obtain a new identity by the end of the year - "Visit Oakland." A new graphical logo and the URL www.visitoakland.org will be incorporated into all sales and marketing materials, creating a broad appeal for all visitors, both leisure and business.

As the official destination marketing organization for Oakland, it is important that the OCVB's brand reflects Oakland's emergence as a desirable destination for individual travelers.
